CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel your conference booking, please email Penny Murray immediately.
Any cancellation notification received after October 13, 2023 will be charged 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered. All guest room bookings are made directly with the hotel, and are subject to their cancellation policy.
Should the A4L Community/PESC be forced to cancel this event, refunds will be offered to all registered delegates.

Jointly, we believe that by fostering collaboration and leveraging technology, we can unlock new opportunities to enhance educational experiences, streamline processes, and empower learners and educators alike.

Session Submissions
If you are interested in leading a session at this Summit, we have put aside 2 sessions for presentations from our members.
When submitting your session, please remember to include the names of all session leads, plus a session title and description.
Priority will be given to session submissions demonstrating collaboration across pK20W+.
PLEASE NOTE: A4L Community & PESC require that all speakers, moderators, chairs & attendees of this Summit register and remit registration fees to attend.
Registration
Registration is open until October 13, 2023.

Conference Package includes:
- Attendance at all conference sessions during the event
- Day 1: Afternoon refreshments.
- Attendance at the 'Social' event on Tuesday (early) evening

Registration notes:
- If the registration form is being completed be someone other than the Attendee, please use the Attendee name/details on registration form
- If 'Bill Me' option is selected, payment must be made within 30 days. Any payments not received within 30 days will result in the registration being cancelled (unless prior notification has been received by the event organizer)

A small group block has been reserved at the Hilton Arlington National Landing Hotel at the rate of $193++ per person, per night. To make your reservation, please call the hotel directly on +703-418-6800 and ask for ‘Group Sales’ (available 9am-3pm ET). Quote group reference ‘A4L Community’ to obtain the group rate. All hotel reservations are subject to the hotel’s booking and cancellation policies.
